"The Lodge Home" at Scenic Wolf Resort
Private residence or investment property.
This 5,000 square foot resort home is perfect for family reunions and business retreats. Many of the owners at Scenic Wolf Resort use their homes part of the year, then use the resort rental program to rent them out the rest of the year. Although perfect for a private residence, the design of "The Lodge Home", was inspired by the many requests for a larger home to rent. The four master bedrooms each have a whirlpool tub and gorgeous mountain views. There are four additional guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This home sleeps 26 comfortably, includes a hot-tub overlooking the view, two large decks, elevator, custom kitchen, dining room, two story living room, a 32 x 16 ft. family/game room, a loft and an in-home-theater. It's conveniently located and has access to the ski slopes, future tennis courts and the resorts enclosed heated pool.
Currently only three of these homes are planned for the resort.
